Masculine Card Series #3

Hello Everybody,

So Monday I was at work and my mind started to wander.  And my wandering usually goes to a very crafty place.  In my day-dream I saw this simple layout and thought to myself, "Self, that is a great layout for a masculine card."  So when I got home I pull out the Umbrella Jim digi stamp, colored him with Copic markers and created this card.  The only thing I think I will do is to add some shading with the N0 Copic marker.  Anywho, here it is.

The sentiments are from Create with TLC.  You can find the Happy Birthday sentiment here and the Many More sentiment here.

So that is all today everybody, just a short post.  I am working on another masculine birthday card and I should have that up for you all soon.

Until next time.

Kelli

Long time no blogging...I have certainly missed you, your wonderful creations and encouraging words.

This card is so great!!! Masculine cards are my downfall, lol. I may steal this idea {wink}

I do agree that shading and grounding is an important final touch to an image. I found grounding difficult to do (still do) but it always add so much to the completed project.
